And so Valentine’s Day is just around the corner.
While we don’t need a special day to celebrate love, as love should be celebrated every single day, we take these special days like birthdays, Easter, Christmas, Valentine to relax and treat ourselves with little new experiences.
For quite a few years now, me and my husband instead of physical gifts, we better treat ourselves with little traveling and culinary adventures.
The experience and memories that we do, means much more than any physical object.
The best and most beautiful things in this world cannot be seen or even heard, but must be felt with the heart.
Helen Keller
This year we still cannot travel but doesn’t mean we cannot treat ourselves.

We will be guests at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, one of the island nation’s greatest cultural landmarks and member of Historic Hotels Worldwide, that today is home to the luxurious grande dame 400-room that provides a blend of luxurious living with a touch of elegance and the nostalgia of old.

What plans do you have for Valentine’s Day?
If you want to impress your other half these days but you don’t have too much time, you may try these heart shaped fluffy pancakes or mini softhearted chocolate cake, I’m sure will work 😉
As the proverb says “The way to a man/woman’s heart is through his stomach” 😉
Have fun!
And always remember, love should be celebrated every day not only on Valentine’s Day!
