ok the general form of a polynomial is f(x)=k(x-a)(x-b..... and so on where k is a constant and (x-a) and (x-b) are roots such as when you sub f(x)=0 we have x=a or x=b and so on. So for your question you have three roots and k=2 so the polynomial will be f(x)=2(x+1)(x-3)(x+5) , now you just have to multiply it out. So there you have it. =)
