My Cooking Tip # 2

Hello my dear readers,

Here we are, with my second tip in the kitchen:

Taste and season your food as you go.

Never wait to season when you’ve finished cooking as the result may not be the same. The seasoning need to be added as you go, otherwise you risk that will not be incorporated in your food and the result: you’ll have a tasteless meal.

Always taste and season during your cooking πŸ˜‰

Even my sweets will have a pinch of salt (sometimes pepper too πŸ˜‰).
