Here we are, with my second tip in the kitchen:
Taste and season your food as you go.
Never wait to season when youβve finished cooking as the result may not be the same. The seasoning need to be added as you go, otherwise you risk that will not be incorporated in your food and the result: you’ll have a tasteless meal.
Always taste and season during your cooking π

Even my sweets will have a pinch of salt (sometimes pepper too π).

This is an important tip! Some things just don’t absorb any more seasoning once they are fully cooked so the salt sort of sits on the surface.
