Pizza time

Pizza is one of my favourite things in the world.

There are a few restaurants in Singapore that make good pizza but my hubby’s pizza is the best πŸ˜†

With some flour, water, salt and yeast he makes a beautiful dough that he let it rest. He even doesn’t have quantities, every time he’s doing it, he’s just measuring everything with his eyes. πŸ‘€ After only a few hours, around 3-4 hours, the dough is so fluffy and full of bubbles. We press it down and add the topping: tomato sauce, mozzarella, broccoli and salami or ham, mushrooms and olives or prosciutto crudo and rocket or salami and pepper or broccoli and sausage or seafood or only veggies: zucchini, eggplant, peppers, olives, there are so many combinations…you can put what you like. The most important is to use a good tomato sauce as it changes everything. Remember: for traditional seafood pizza no mozzarellaΒ πŸ™ƒ

You can see all the bubbles, is soo light and has a lovely crust! Simply delicious πŸ˜‹
