Hello my dear readers,
We all know the feeling. It’s the start of a new week and we’re vowing to make this one different from last week. We’re going to go to the gym, cut out processed foods, and get our work done on time. But by Wednesday afternoon, we’ve already started to backslide. Monday comes around again and we’re starting the cycle all over. But what if we looked at Monday in a different light? Instead of seeing it as the start of a long week, what if we saw it as the chance to reset and start fresh? Every day is a chance to start anew, but Monday is especially good for getting back on track. So this Monday, let’s try to see the beauty in starting over. Who knows, this might be the Monday that finally gets us on track for good!
