Yes, my mind tells me to go with the flow but my heart keeps my feet rooted in the old…. it’s hard letting go.. but I know sometimes it’s the best way to move forward!
I know it is not easy…I struggle sometimes too but when I finally manage to move forward, it makes me feel so good 😊
