As you know by now, I am a foodie and I love to enjoy a healthy, delicious and nutritious diet but I don’t like to spend too much time in the kitchen.
Last month, as some of you know already, I have enrolled in a program to become a nutritionist. I love to discover how we can utilise food to satisfy the nutritional needs of our body. For the past months, I have also started planning my daily meals and counting down the intake of calories.
I have also promised to share some easy and tasty recipes that I enjoy daily.

Let’s start with breakfast. Are you a breakfast person?
My first recipe is a cottage cheese and blueberries morning bowl, that requires only 3 ingredients and is ready in 5 minutes.
Ingredients for 1 serving:
- 100 g cottage cheese, preferably low fat
- 60 g fresh blueberries or mixed berries
- 5 g toasted almond slices
Directions:
Put the cottage cheese in a bowl and add on top the blueberries and the toasted almond slices.
Simple and fast.

Nutritional values:
It has a good amount of proteins that are nutrients that provide material for growth and repair of the body tissues. Proteins are very important for our body, and every cell in the body is partly composed of proteins. Contrary to the plants, which produces their own protein, we as humans cannot do this, so it is very important to include proteins in our every day meals.
For breakfast, beside the cottage cheese and blueberries bowl, I also enjoy a cappuccino made at home with no sugar and I’m ready to start my day.

Ingredients
- 100 g cottage cheese preferably low fat
- 60 g fresh blueberries or mixed berries

Instructions
