Indeed the Monday feeling but well time to look for positives too.
By the way, a research has shown 11 AM on Tuesday as the most stressful time of the week for regular work folks. That time is still 16 Hours !!
11am on a Tuesday…I guess because Monday everyone is too blurred to be active and procrastinate but on Tuesday cannot procrastinate anymore, someone needs to do the work 😆
For me Monday to Friday the level of stress is the same 🤪 only weekends are fine 🤩
Yes stress level is often a very personal factor and can vary from individual to individual and how we respond to it.
Very true! It should always be better if we could avoid it though ☺️ but is easy to say and not so easy to do ☺️
And stress factor varies from individual to individual.
