Hello my dear readers,
Another month has flown by! July is considered low season in Phuket because it’s supposed to rain a lot. Sure, we had some days where we could’ve hosted a boat race in the driveway, but we also had some stunning sunny days with skies that looked straight out of a postcard. 🌧️☀️🏝️
Curious about how life in Phuket is going? Well, we’ve worked a ton, and mostly strolled around Kamala. But enough chatter—here are some snapshots!
One thing to mention: I’m an introvert, and even snapping a photo can feel like a major production if people are around. Often, I’ll pass a spot thinking, “This would make a great photo,” but then I chicken out and keep walking. So, please bear with me—if some photos aren’t perfect, it’s probably because I took them on the sly. Silly me! 📸😅

Since this whole COVID rollercoaster began, I’ve caught it twice. This month was my second performance. Luckily, it was a short show with just two days of fever—much better than the first time around! 🎭🤒
If you thought one trip in July was enough, think again! A sudden plan took us back home to Italy. We booked a flight and were airborne the next day. We only stayed a week, but since we live near the mountains, we squeezed in a quick mountain trip. It was short but oh-so-sweet. Here are a few snapshots of our whirlwind adventure! 🌍✈️🏔️📸
