I’ve never tried octopus. That would make me want to do so

You need to try it! Since is not an easy thing to cook, depending on your luck and the place where you try it, it may be good or not so good…when is perfectly cooked it is soft and has a super lovely texture….if is not cooked well, it is tough and chewy…a good restaurant specialised in fish should be able to cook it to perfection 😉

Having tried octopus once and thought never again, this would definitely make me try it one more time.

Is not easy to find well cooked! If is not well done, it is tough and chewy but if it’s cooked well is tender and super delicious!

Oh my god, my thought after the first glance was that it looked like a tiny dragon 🐉was in the plate! 😆
