Monday Motivation

Hello my dear readers,

Monday can be a fresh start for a new week, but it can also be overwhelming. To combat this, try setting aside some time on Sunday to plan out your week ahead. Make a to-do list, prioritize your tasks, and schedule in time for self-care.

When you start your day on Monday, tackle your most important tasks first. This will help you feel a sense of accomplishment and give you momentum for the rest of the week. If you’re feeling stuck or unmotivated, try switching up your environment or taking a quick walk to get your blood flowing.

Remember, it’s okay to ask for help or delegate tasks if you need to. And don’t forget to celebrate your successes, no matter how small. By focusing on progress rather than perfection, you’ll build a positive mindset that will carry you through the week.

It’s a good plan. I always sit at my desk on Monday morning, turn the page of my (old school paper) planner, check my calendar for birthday’s etc., and make a list of those things that need to get done, or at least should get done. Love checking off those boxes!
Confession: sometimes I put something on the list I have just done so I can check the box. Don’t tell.

I love your Monday mornings 😉 and I’m a big fan of old school paper too 📝

Great advice. Tackle your most important task first. I think many people like to start off easy. But they pay the price for it at the end of the day. I think also a great way to help get the important tasks done is to cut them down into simpler tasks. The journey of a thousand begins with a single step, like lao tzu once said 🙂
