Hello my dear readers,
Monday morning is a special time—it’s the starting run for a week of work and a chance to set goals for oneself. I find that how I think on Monday morning has a significant effect on my mindset for the entire week, so I try to focus on positive thinking and feeling motivated. While it can be tough getting over the Monday blues, I take comfort in knowing there are seven days ahead with lots of possibilities. This is especially true working from home—I’ve learned it’s important to get up, dress appropriately, start the day with some inspiring music, grab a cup of coffee and set intentions so I stay productive throughout the week. Instead of dreading Mondays, I look forward to them now, as they give me an opportunity every week to start fresh and work toward my long-term goals!
