You drag yourself out of bed, feeling like you could sleep for days. The last thing you want to do is face the week ahead. But Monday doesn’t have to be the worst day of the week. In fact, Monday can be the start of something great. Every day is a new opportunity to make positive changes in your life. So why not start today? Make Monday the day you finally start that diet or exercise plan. Or the day you start drinking more water and less coffee. Or the day you start reading for fun again. Whatever it is, make today the day that you take steps towards improving your tomorrow. Monday motivation starts with YOU!
