Monday Motivation

Hello my dear readers,

Monday morning. The alarm goes off and you’re already dreading the day ahead. You hit snooze and try to fall back asleep, but it’s no use. Finally, you drag yourself out of bed and start getting ready for the day. But as you’re getting dressed, you catch a glimpse of yourself in the mirror and stop. Your hair is a mess, your clothes are wrinkled, and you look exhausted. It seems like everything is going wrong already. But then you remember something: just one small positive thought in the morning can change your whole day. So you take a deep breath, put on a smile, and head out the door with your head held high. Suddenly, the day doesn’t seem so bad after all.

  1. That’s so true! This positive thought can take many forms. It could be waking up and forcing yourself to smile. It could be reflecting on things you are grateful for. It could be kissing a loved one and letting them know they make you happy. It doesn’t need to be big. However, in order for it to work, it does need to happen.
