Monday Motivation

Hello my dear readers,

Monday is the day that many people dread. It’s the start of a new work week, and it can feel like you’re just getting back into the grind after a relaxing weekend. But Monday doesn’t have to be a drag. Instead of counting down the days until the weekend, make Monday the start of a productive week. Set some goals for yourself and make a plan to accomplish them. Use Monday as a motivation to get things done, and you’ll find that your week is much more enjoyable. So don’t wait for the weekend – make every day count. Monday included.

  1. Hi Rabina,
Long time and hope you are well.
This post seems quite timely for me as I start the second week of my two week holiday to Gambia, West Africa.
This past week has felt quite strange revisiting a country and its people I know so well after making a very quick exit on 16th March 2020 as Covid deaths in u.k. were increasing eleven days pre u.k lockdown.
I really need to do a post about this.
This coming week I really do need to focus on some badly needed relaxation in the sun, to take time out as opposed to walking about in tourist area chatting to my local friends.

    1. Hi Margaret, I’m glad to hear you’re enjoying your holiday! Is always nice revisiting countries and people that we know! Wish you a wonderful week ahead! Relax and have fun!

  2. I find that Monday is a great day to really throw myself into my tasks, and get ahead of myself for the week. My suggestion for those that do not favour this particular day of the week would be – instead of dreading Mondays, see them as an opportunity – your general outlook on your working week will change completely! Thanks for sharing and have a good day 🙂 Aiva xx

    1. So very true Aiva! When I feel those Monday blues, I always try to see the day as an opportunity, so it motivates me to move forward 😉☺️
