Hello my dear readers,
And October is already here!

Ready or not, October is quickly sneaking up on us! This month brings with it cooler weather, colorful leaves, and of course Halloween. October also brings all sorts of new opportunities to have fun! Whether you’re looking forward to pumpkin picking, cosplaying or spooky festivities, there’s something for everyone this month. Get ready to make the most of fall!
How was your September?
For me it was a pretty good month. We’ve managed to go back home in Italy for a few days. It was my first travel after COVID-19 started and was quite exciting.
What about you?
My book for September?
In September I’ve read the must-read TikTok sensation book called The Atlas Six by Olivie Blake.

Six extraordinary magicians, five chances to win one secret society.
Six are chosen. Only five will walk away.
Synopsis (as mentioned on the book):
Each decade, six magicians are invited to compete for an incredible prize – a place within the secretive Alexandrian Society. Their custodians guard knowledge from ancient civilisations, and enjoy incredible power. And here are the contenders…
Libby Rhodes and Nico de Varona are inseparable enemies, and both can control matter with their minds. Parisa Kamali is a telepath who can perceive the deepest of secrets. Reina Mori understands the flow of life itself. And Callum Nova is an empath who can manipulate the desires of others. Finally there’s Tristan Caine, whose powers mystify even himself.
Following recruitment by the mysterious Atlas Blakely, they travel to the Society’s London headquarters. Here, each must study and innovate within esoteric subject areas. And if they can prove themselves over a year, they’ll survive. Most of them.
Welcome to the Alexandrian Society!
It is a must-read indeed!
As for the cooking part, I’ve developed lots of delicious recipes in September. Below are just a few:
What are your plans for the month of October? I’d love to hear all about them in the comments below! 🙂

Thank you Dorothy! Have a lovely month ahead!
October has arrived and with that comes the fall season. There are so many fun things about October and so much to think about. Soon the shelves will be filled with candy, everything will be pumpkin and cinnamon flavoured, and the sidewalks covered with leaves. Happy October 🙂 Aiva xx
A wonderful description of the new season 😉 Thank you Aiva! Wish you a magical autumn filled with happiness and all good things! ☺️
Best October wishes! We will be out leaf-peeking around the countryside.
Thank you very much! Enjoy and have a great time!
Happy fall.
Thank you! Same to you!
September especially in the last few weeks, quite crazy with unusual occurrences which I hope never have to address again!
I kick this coming week of with the first trip out of my city to our capital in Wellington for both a tour type trip and my first time actually sit in the audience and watch the Wearable Art show. I’ve been to Wgtn a couple of times, but never stayed in a posh hotel. It’s going to be so much fun…
When I get back, I’ll be putting together plans for the rest of year, and early next year…many steps will be undertaken to see those plans come fruition….
Sounds a lovely trip! Enjoy and have fun!
Ronan’s, your photo looks like the original pumpkin patch. Watch out for Charlie Brown.
put a whole reply – bingo “gone”
September had some crazy moments none of which I wish to repeat again
I kick off this month, this coming week with a short trip to Wellington (NZ), which our capital city – but I’m there for relaxation, and to see the Wearable Arts show. It’s going to be fun just to leave home and spend a few days doing a few firsts for me…well at least in Wellington.
Hello dear Riby 😊 this year is flying really! October already and summer is over which is the saddest part for me even though the weather still good here. This seems a very interesting and mysterious book, thank you for the recommendation and synopsis as well 😊
Your September was full of very delicious food 😋 I’m sure your October will be even richer 😊
No plans for October except trying to read more and write more and reflecting on my life especially the next steps. I hope yours will be great and fruitful 💕Have a great time 🤗🤗💕💕🧸🧸

Wishing you a lovely October Ribana, you seem to have fitted quite snugly into your new publishing schedule here [yes l know it’s not brand new] – is it easier for you now?
Hi Rory, I’m trying to respect my schedule for posting…I work on my posts when I have time and I schedule them…still struggling finding the time but I’m trying my best ☺️
You sure had a very productive September! I can’t believe it’s already October! I am just starting to get over the fact that it’s no longer JULY! LOL… My plans for October is to read even more than I’ve been reading during the summer !! Can’t wait!
Happy reading 📖☺️
Wishing you a wonderful Otober Ribana. 🦋
Thank you Suni! Same to you! 🌸
Well, I just moved to a new city to be closer to work, but I look forward to reading more and have set up a writing desk. I’m excited to do more pen to paper and avoid screens. 😊
That sounds like a wonderful new experience! Having time off the screens is always very welcomed ☺️ Enjoy it!
Is a great month to me.
That’s great! Enjoy it!
