It’s also good to know which foods makes us bloated and avoid them. It takes some time and self observation, but it’s worth it. Sometimes it’s a certain type of food, sometimes a combination that our body doesn’t like (even though it’s tasty) 😉
True! As you said, it takes time and self observation because we’re all different 😉 Some foods that may cause bloating are beans and lentils but I never had problems with them…in my case I have problem with carbonated drinks, but I don’t really like them and I drink them very rarely 😉
