Hello August

Hello my dear readers,

And another month has gone. It is really incredible how fast the time goes by.

I hope all of you are doing well.

My July goal was to enjoy nature as much as possible and is what I did.

Beside enjoying nature, as work from home is still by default here in Singapore, I have used my saved time on commuting to and from work, pretty wisely. I have started to work out two times per day and I have also started counting my intake calories.

I don’t have issues with my weight but since time is flying by, I just want to keep up and stay in shape and maybe get a little bit more tonified.

I was never exaggerating with the food but when you start counting your intake in calories daily, you really realise that the quantity sometimes is not the most important but the quality.

Think that by eating natural food and very little processed, to reach around 1,500 calories per day, you’ll be amazed how much you need to eat.

No, I’m not on a diet, I’ve never been in my life, I’m just counting my intake calories, because I want a toned body and everyday I eat lots of veggies and fruits and fish and seafood and 1-2 times per week meat.

This month I have also received my first dose of vaccine and for 2 days my arm was very uncomfortable.

This month I also needed to do some medical visits that will continue in August too…what to do?…sometimes we need the doctors too.

On another side, me, that I’m not a very “social platforms” oriented person, I have also opened another Instagram page, to share a little bit of the nature’s beauty of Singapore and to try a little experiment. You may have seen my below post.

So yes, overall also July was a good month.

Now August is here, let’s hope will be a good one too.

For some, August is vacation month, for us is just another normal month like all the others. Especially now, that we cannot travel.

My August goal?

Be happy, stay in shape and enjoy nature as much as possible!

And maybe start working at some meal plans that I can share with you ๐Ÿ˜‰ Would you be interested?
