What I have eaten this week

Hello my dear readers,

Another lazy week of cooking and photographing, so here are some of the top picks this week:

Some unhealthy food but super greedy: Jalapeño poppers, fried squid and chicken wings, just because…

Truffle broth ramen from Kanshoku Ramen Bar Singapore – just imagine that truffle smell and taste, super delicious

And yes, we have eaten at home too:

Antipasti: mixed crackers with butter and smoked salmon marinated with dill and caviar

Mooncake to celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival

My apricot and ricotta cake but this time made with peaches – the original recipe

And because was Negroni week, a good Negroni home made – cheers!

Marina Bay Sands Singapore, always impressive

I have so many recipes that I would like to start baking and cooking….I just need to find the time 🤪

Have a wonderful weekend!

Bye bye for now!

Addicting! Cracker with cheese. Yum! with caviar…no. My husband would love that but I ca’t stand it. I’d have grapes instead.

Hm… that’s true. A lot of things I can’t eat years before taste good now, so I should give it another try.
Again, same to you Ribby <3
