Hello my dear readers,
I simply love Fridays! So I thought to start a new series on my blog called Friday Funday
That feeling that tomorrow I don’t need to wake up early, early meaning 5:30am…and waking up late on Saturday morning for me means around 7, 7:30am π
Even if I spend most of my weekend working at my blog, gardening, which means taking care of my few balcony plants: the first one should be a blueberry plant, not very sure because I bought the seeds but doesn’t look like it π€ͺ, the second should be strawberries plants, looks like it but I’m curious if I will ever eat any strawberries from them π€ͺΒ and the last one is my mix salad only one week old πΒ and is growing so fast ππ±
or cooking and baking, exploring new recipes πΒ and eating of course π€ͺ

Singapore weather is so nice these days that can’t stay indoor for too much time…need to enjoy the nature and we are surrounded by it even living in a city π
That’s why I love Singapore, is a city in a gardenΒ π±
Enjoy your weekend my dear friends and remember to enjoy nature in a responsible way! Take care of our natureΒ πΒ πΊπΈπ¦πππ±πΏπ

Thank you my dear!
Lucky you that you have a garden π
I hope one day I’ll have it too but until then I’ll use my balcony π€ͺ

The last of our lettuce finally succumbed to the cold temperatures. We enjoyed so much from our winter garden this year!
Is so great to be able to grow it yourself, isn’t it? ππ±π
It is. I am still using oregano from our summer garden.
Wish a Beautiful Weekend β¨π€ And you deserve a weekend break, when you told me the schedule, it’s always been a busy day for you all weekdays. Enjoy the weekend β¨π€

Thank you very much π
I’m taking nature for granted right now haha π Oh, and I really look forward to see if your strawberries will grow in your cozy balcony garden ^_^
I’m very curious too π€ͺπ€ͺπ€ͺ Thank you dear Jess π€π€πΈπΈππ
Unless Singapore blueberries are different to AUS ones sorry definitely not a blue berry. I would be surprised if blueberries grew in the humidity of Singapore sorry. I hope you have had a relaxing weekend
I have thought so too but I’m just curious what will come out, if will come out π€ͺπ€ͺ
lol that is how I have gardened. I thought I was growing chickpeas, and could not understand why no pods were forming. I asked recently and after nurturing this chickpea plant I found out it was lucerne, oh dear.
Happy Friday! That is a pretty good garden balcony or not. π
Thank you very much! π Have a wonderful Friday too ππΈ
Hi Ribana! Hey, balcony gardening is a lot of fun, not much you can’t grow in a pot. I have done it and grown tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, carrots, chives, plus all kinds of flowers. It’s interesting and fun. Hope you do well with your gardening! Sorry to say this though, that isn’t a blueberry plant.ππΈ
Hi Steve, not much we can grow in a balcony but I do it most for the fun π I love seeing the plants growing π±
Oh well, you had a pretty big garden then πyep, Iβm afraid that is not a blueberry plant but so far is a cute plant even if Iβll not eat any blueberries from it π€ͺ
Actually I didn’t grow all that each year, but I would try something different each summer. Except the tomatoes, I would grow one or two plants each summer and would get 40 to 60 tomatoes on a plant, nice big ones. Hmm, I wonder if I could grow blueberries inside? Anyway, have fun with the gardening.ππΊπ©βπΎ
I have tried one year to grow tomatoes too and I bought seeds of one kind of cherry tomato plant that was supposed to remain small…well the plant grew higher than me and I had 2 cherry tomatoes in the whole plant π€ͺπ€ͺ but I must admit, were delicious ππ€ͺ
Iβve seen some small plants of blueberries in pots with blueberries on them so I believe is possible…just need to find the right seeds π€ͺπ€ͺ
Thank you Steve ππ»
I hope your plants grow & that you are able to eat everything they make!!
Thank you! I wish ππ€ͺ
