What are you afraid of?

What are you afraid of? Something that you want to do but you’re reluctant?

Like for example, you’ve seen a gorgeous cake and you want to do it yourself but you’re afraid will not come out the same, or you want to go camping but you’re afraid will rain or you want to relocate but you’re afraid of the unknown…

What if your cake will be even better than the one you’ve seen, or what if the rain will stop and you’ll see the rainbow, and what if by relocating you achieve your dreams?

Don’t think too much and don’t be scared as most of the time what you’re most afraid of doing is the very thing that will set you free.

Have a wonderful week!

  1. I am afraid of the faith of our dear Planet Earth.
A planet where a majority of humans display a lack of appreciation for a caring and beautiful mother nature; where a majority display a careless neglect toward the warm companionship of a diverse and intelligent animal kingdom; a planet where a majority engage in a deliberate desecration and pollution of the environment. A planet where a majority show no concern on the continuity of the only platform in the universe that can guarantee the survival and existence of the Human Race. These are some examples of a heartbreaking reality that constitute my greatest fears.
Aside this, I am a real adventurer at heart.
Enjoy the best of a wonderful week, Ribana.

    1. Unfortunately people seems to not care of our dear Planet Earth and this is very sad. I’m wondering what is there intention? Really to destroy everything? I don’t watch many movies but in the ones that I see our planet is always destroyed…this is a reality nowadays not only a movie! 😦 And I believe Mother Nature doesn’t have any other option than to expel us in order for her to auto-protect herself! I’m a real adventurer too and I hope people will wake up before it is too late! Have a wonderful week too!

  2. Love this post! The unknown can be very scary and if we keep on comparing ourselves to everyone else then we will never be able to take the next step. Even if we do not succeed the first time, we can always try again and we get better and better every time and more and more confident. And people forget that you can turn a negative into a positive. So if it rains during camping, I always recommend a game day or dancing in the rain! πŸ™‚

    1. Very true Anna! Most of the time people tend to be negative unable to see what’s on the other side. We may not succeed always but everything we do is an experience from which we have something to learn. Exactly, don’t worry about a rain, there are beautiful things to do πŸ™‚ It is only up to us to see them πŸ™‚

  3. I, too, fear for our planet. This is why I try to be a good steward and practice what I preach. We recycle and make an effort to reduce what we use at home. At my age, most of the fears of my life have subsided. Especially about reaching for my dreams.

    1. I wish everyone could feel this fear for our planet but I guess we are only a few…I don’t understand why is so difficult for some to be respectful. Yes, I think with age and having more experience, our fears doesn’t matter too much and we can focus more on our dreams πŸ™‚

    1. Thank you Jyoti! Well, I guess you should not care too much about the others and focus more on yourself! Sometimes people seems to be “upset” just because they know you care but they don’t think of you, at how they make you feel! Life is too short! Enjoy every moment! πŸ’•πŸ’•

  5. I thought I answered this but it was mentally, I was so sleepy yesterday πŸ˜„
I loved the image, so meaningful!
I used to think too much but most of the times I just do it and I don’t care πŸ™‚ When it comes to big decisions, it’s more scary! But I believe same concept applies, some people are just more attached to their routine than others, they feel as someone snatched them when you change things for them, oh well, we need to keep trying to be happy I guess πŸ™‚
Hope your day is great and about to end as well πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•

    1. I think you were sleepy yesterday…it was almost morning when you went to bed on Sunday night πŸ™‚
Thank you for your time and lovely comment my dear!
Some people are thinking and keep thinking before doing even a small thing…I think is an obstacle that we need to pass in order to chase our dreams! Big or small steps I believe is the same as long as we never give up πŸ™‚

      1. Yes true!!
It’s a problem keep thinking because we’re afraid of results, we’ll end up doing nothing
You’re right same process for big and small dreams so let’s hope for the best 😊

  6. I’m probably on the list of top worriers on the planet. I’m afraid of many little things which I know I have no control over but I always remember to breathe and keep calm because there’s always a light at the end of the tunnel.
