Crab and veggies mini pies

Another super easy and fast recipe for delicious mini pies.

Mix together cooked crab meat with your favourite grated cheese, salt and pepper.

Separately mix steamed veggies with grated cheese and some breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.

Take a shortcrust pastry, cut small rounds and put it in a greased cupcake tray. Add the filling and cover it with a little pastry. Brush some egg and bake it for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees or until golden.

Super easy and delicious 😋

Those look amazing, do other inner ingredients work? I would love to give some breakfast variations a try. Maybe scrambled eggs, cheese and bacon with potato bits?

That could be interesting to try it 😋 The pastry is quite versatile so can try different fillings too as long as you add something that will keep them together, like grated cheese or ricotta. Egg, cheese and bacon I think will be awesome for breakfast 🍳 😋
