My kind of breakfast/brunch

I love breakfast!

I cannot leave home without having my breakfast: fruits, egg, cappuccino, cereals and yogurt. From when I was a little kid, my grandma used to prepare me an “important” breakfast and after all these years I’m still at it.

Sometimes Saturday and Sunday, we use to have a light breakfast with cappuccino and brioche and then of course after a few hours is brunch time. And what better than some ham, an egg and hollandaise sauce on top of an English muffin? An hash brown and our brunch is ready.  I love that running egg yolk 😋
