My winter cookies

What better in this period than cookies? 😊

They are delicious and in addition you will have a home full of a wonderful cookies smell.

Ingredients for around 40 cookies:

  • 125 g multigrain flour
  • 75 g all purpose flour
  • 100 g sugar cane
  • 80 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger powder
  • one pinch of salt
  • 5-6 finely chopped walnuts
  • chocolate chips

Preparation:

In a bowl I put the melted butter and sugar and I mixed well. I added the egg, a pinch of salt and I mixed again. I added the flour, one spoon at a time, the baking powder, the cinnamon and the ginger powder, and then the finely chopped walnuts.

I let it rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes then I added the chocolate chips.

I spread the dough and I cut the biscuits. To prevent the dough from sticking to the rolling pin I used baking paper. I put the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, I decorated them with chocolate chips and I baked at 170 degrees for about 12-15 minutes.

I baked them and let them cool on a grill.

They are delicious, crispy, uno tira l’altro how we say in Italian or one leads to another …😋 Enjoy!
