My Greek Salad

What you do on a Friday evening home alone?

I start cutting some cucumber, green bell pepper, tomatoes, onions, black kalamata olives and some creamy feta cheese. I season with dry oregano, olive oil, white wine vinegar and salt & pepper. Everything garnished with the reading of fantastic bloggers. My kind of comfort Friday 😊

Have a wonderful weekend!

One of the great salads and I love your classic take – just as it should be. Makes me think of a holiday a few years ago in Greece near Kalamata where I ate the best olives ever 🙂
