Christmas celebrations are over, New Year celebrations are over but eating never stops 🤪
Some antipasti: crostini with butter and salmon, with Sicilian green olive tapenade and with tuna and peppers
Red wine octopus and celery salad
A traditional meal for New Year that brings prosperity, Cotechino with lentils, an Italian charcuterie product, similar to salami, but that must be cooked
Lentils
Bombolone alla crema or doughnut filled with cream, heavenly delicious
And of course, what’s better in a cold winter day than a hot chocolate with fresh whipped cream
Can’t stop eating 🤪🤪
What is the traditional meal that you eat for New Year?
For us is the last weekend in Italy and Monday we’re heading back to Singapore!
