That feeling

Usually I work out 5, 6 times per week but recently I have stopped for around 10 days. I have restarted my work out routine last Monday and is easy to say that on Friday my whole body was aching. I have started with cardio and my first 5 minutes on the tapis roulant on Friday morning were awful. But after the first 5 minutes my body started to get used to the movement and everything went smooth.

I have could stopped or simply don’t go, especially because I work out at 6 am in the morning, because is my only spare time during the day, but I went and I did my work out. Everything depends on me, if I want to do it or not.

Everything is in our mind, and we can control it. We are the only ones that can control our minds.

Nothing comes easy but believe me you can control it! Don’t find you excuses, you can always do it! It is depending only on you! And that feeling at the end? Priceless.

Start doing what you like, even if the journey is not smooth, you always can do it! Just believe in yourself!
