I would like to try my luck and make a pecan pie from scratch but there are a few days now that I’m keep searching an easy to follow recipe but can’t find any…
Most recipes I’ve found use the pastry dough already done, the one that you buy and is ready to use but here I cannot find it so I would like to make it from scratch.
Another problem for me is that recipes in cups don’t work for me…I believe the conversions I do to grams are never correct…yep…it happens every time to me and the results sometimes are not even edible…
Any suggestions of a good recipe with steps by steps to follow, for my “home no-baker that never did a pecan pie level” would be very appreciated.
