Friday Funday

Hello my dear readers,

Friday!

My dear friends, I have tried to keep a blogging schedule despite having a full time job from 8am to 6pm and I did manage to do it so far, but to be honest I’ve reached a period when I feel I start loosing it.

And because I have started this blog with a purpose: discovering and exploring more of the delicious food that this world give us, and because I want to be helpful and I appreciated a lot when you tell me you’ve learned something new from my posts or you’ve tried my recipes (it really means a lot and keeps me motivated to keep going), doing a post for me is taking quite a lot of time, from finding the subject, doing the research, writing it down, preparing some graphics…in case of recipes, beside making them (which is fun), I want to take some nice photos because not being an expert in cooking, I do like to see step-by-step photos of the recipes, to show that if I can make it, everyone can make it, then I write down the recipe, check, re-check and then finally hit the publish button.

No, I’m not complaining….this is part of blogging and I’m well aware of it.

I just guess that after almost a year without any leave, just work and work and work, and with some serious health problems in my family back home, I start to have some signs of cracks….

I do like blogging, I do enjoy it but I’ll just take a break to relax a little bit, bake something and struggle making photos 📸, taking the necessary time to write my posts calmly, take it easy and of course reading your wonderful blogs.

This was just to let you know in case you’ll see I don’t publish anymore or I publish rarely.

I’m still alive, I’m still here, just that I’ll be behind the blog 😉

Having said that, let’s not forget that is Friday Funday today:

Too cute to not share it 🐶

Have a wonderful weekend all!
