Healthy snack bowl
A super fast, easy and healthy bowl for when you're craving for a snack.
- 3-4 tbsp natural plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Fresh fruits (apple, blueberries)
Put the natural plain Greek yogurt and the chia seeds in a bowl, mix it well and leave it for around 5 minutes in the fridge.
Cut the apple in small pieces and together with the blueberries add on top of the yogurt.
