Adding Foods to Clean Arteries to our diet is easier than you might think, as these are foods that you certainly already know but that you may not consume as much as you should.

Garlic, Apples, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and the other foods that you will find in this useful article are real superfoods that will help you not only to keep your arteries clean but also to Reduce Bad Cholesterol and Lower High Blood Pressure.

You must always remember that maintaining a correct cholesterol level is the basis for the health of your arteries and consequently of your heart.

  1. I should have super healthy arteries courtesy all the garlic I add to my food. If a recipe asks for 2 cloves, I add 10 to make sure the recipe wasn’t mistaken. 😛

    1. I’m glad! Also here pomegranate is quite expensive and sometimes is not good but I love it 😆 Turmeric I like to add it to rice and quinoa for a lovely yellow color 😉
