And my first ever baking classes are completed

Hello my dear readers,

Friday is here and another week has gone.

I was way too busy in the office this week and I couldn’t work on my blog but since last Sunday I had my last 2 baking classes I just want to share the wonderful results.

Last 2 baking classes were all about custards and creams and of course choux pastry.

Look at these beauties.

Did you know that churros are made from a very similar choux pastry?

I love churros! Was the first time ever I have done the churros!

I had a very full January with work, family and baking but I’m very happy I have attended these baking classes and I’m very proud of the results!

Now I will take a break from baking for a while, I will recharge my batteries and then I’ll start experiencing them at home.

Never miss a post:

If you want to find out more about my experience with my first ever baking classes, you may enjoy my journey below:

And because is Friday funday, here is something funny for you:

Before you speak, listen. Before you act, think. Before you give up, try. Before you shit, make sure there’s toilet paper.

Have a wonderful weekend all!

All baking classes were done at Palate Sensations Culinary School Singapore.

  1. Oh my god – panna cotta and churros. Some of my favs. I ate the best churros in a churros shop in Madrid, served with dark chocolate, whose recipe dates from the 18th century. It was to die for.
