One of the good things of living in Singapore is that we can enjoy lots of different cuisines. Actually the foodies call Singapore the “food paradise”.
Yes, literally you can find any cuisine you want.
This week we were in the mood for some Mexican food.
We have enjoyed some:
Mexican chicken quesadillas
Mexican Chile con queso
Mexican shrimp ceviche
Mexican platter
Beef Burrito
Churros
I like Mexican cuisine, I think everything is so well balanced: the sweet, the salty, the acidic, the spicy.

I have not knowingly eaten Mexican food, but I am grateful to the Portuguese who took Mexican chillis to India via Goa.

Looks yum, but I think I would still opt for the dumplings and bao bao buns etc when in Singapore 😉 But I love Mexican food!
