Another simple lunch or dinner when you are too tired to cook or simply you’re not in the mood but you don’t want to eat junk food.
In these situations I always have a mix of veggies in my freezer: potatoes, carrots, peas, green beans, corn. You can prepare these mix of veggies when you have some free time and then can just put them in the freezer and cook them when you’re too lazy for anything else 🙂
Just need to steam the veggies, add some sliced olives, boiled egg if you like, mayonnaise, salt & pepper and your lunch or dinner is ready. It is really a great solution for when you don’t want to cook but you don’t want junk food. Eat your daily, delicious and colorful veggies!
