        I think all we can do is be kind ourselves and hope that people who’s life we touch realise how awesome it feels to be kind and they too become kind to others 😅🌸

    Kindness can be as small as a smile or a gesture of sympathy but it can be very valuable.

    I try my best To be kind to others bit invariably forget to be kind to myself.
