Dolce al bicchiere or my sweet cup made with Pan di Spagna and diplomatic cream.
Sometimes it happens that you may have leftovers of cake or cream and what a better way to use them than to do an easy and fast sweet cup. I have just cut my leftover cake in small pieces and I have created layers of cake, cream and fruits. I have used strawberries and blackberries but you may use whatever fruits you have or like.

Some left over pieces of cake and fruits…that’s all 😉🤪 so basically I did the cake but I had left overs from cake and cream so I have just put them in the glass with some fruits 😉
