This morning a turtle made my day. Yes, a turtle 🐢
My neighbour from ground floor has 2 turtles and he keeps them outside near his balcony in a glass tank. The turtles are not so big but for me I think the space is still a little bit too small and every morning when I pass by I see them eager to get out of that tank. In front of his balcony there is a small water pool, and this morning one of the turtles made it! She managed to escape and was happily swimming in the pool 😊 What an achievement! And you could see how happy she was 😊 It made me smile instantly! I was really happy for her!

Awe I just love this! I had a tortoise named Kirby and we would let her roam the house but one day she made it through the front door. Lo and behold we found her six months after a Colorado winter hibernating in the mud. 😂 let them go freely and come back on their own! 🥰
