Ham & cheese puff pastry triangle

I love puff pastry because is so versatile. Sweet, savoury, as an appetizer or main dish, there are a thousand way of using it.

These ham & cheese triangles are so easy and quick to make as are to eat 😊

For the filling I have used grated mozzarella and parmesan cheese, ham, salt and pepper.

I have cut the sheet of pastry into squares, the dimension is up to you 😊

I have placed with a tablespoon the filling in the center of each square.  I brushed the edges of the pastry with water and I folded each square to form triangles and crimped the edges with a fork to seal them.

I have placed the filled pastries onto baking sheet and I brushed them with egg. For additional crunchiness I added some sesame seeds on top.

I baked them for around 20 minutes at 200° (400°F) or until the pastries are golden brown.

Let them cool on the baking sheets on wire racks for 10 minutes and your pastries are ready.

Enjoy and have a lovely weekend! 💕
