  1. Aww. That is sweet. It is so true. We have always had dogs. Can’t live without one. When our next to last one died, we thought we would not be able to have a dog again, due to my cancer and our altered circumstances. However,we did decide to get another, so that when our last old girl dude, we would not be without a dog. I named the new dog Hope. She represented the new hope that through her would come into my life. She is almost 3 now, and a real live wjire. Rough collie she is. So affectionate, and yes, she has brought new life and hope. We only have her now as the old girl did die a few weeks ago. I am so glad we got her.

    1. Thank you for sharing! Yes, they really change our lives! Wonderful name Hope and so right! Even in the worst times they don’t betray us and instead gives us hope to go ahead.

  2. We just puppy sat our daughter’s pooch as she had to travel for work. We had him for 3 whole weeks, and although it was a heck of a lot of work (almost like watching a toddler), we did enjoy the time together and do miss him. Dogs bring so much joy to their owners.
